Madonna’s tour is a Brit special

BRITNEY SPEARS must owe MADONNA more than a couple of favours right now.

Madge took her Sticky and Sweet Tour across the channel to Nice yesterday, yet
again giving fans a glimpse of the newly reformed Britney in their special
tour video.

The Queen of Pop is seen here strumming her guitar while Britney looms behind
on the big screen.

Whether Brit will return the favour when her comeback tour finally kicks off
remains to be seen.

Though it’s not as if Madge needs any help from her friends, is it?
